PROGRAMME FEE |
The registration fees are inclusive of 6% Service Tax. Depending on the event and mode of participation, the fee includes course materials and/or lunch and/or tea breaks. Individual Registration - Full payment shall be made at the point of online registration. Corporate Registration

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION |
Registration of participants will be confirmed upon registration, receipt of full payment and settlement of previous outstanding dues (if any). All outstanding payments must be received on or prior to the date of the event for participants to be allowed to join. The Institute reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event. |
The webinar access link will be e- mailed at least 2 working days before the commencement of the event upon receipt of full payment. | The confirmation email will be issued within 5 working days prior to the event date upon receipt of full payment. | |
VERIFICATION OF ATTENDANCE | Attendance will be recorded based on participant’s login and logout time. |
All participants are required to present photo identification
(NRIC, driving license or company’s ID card) at the registration counter when attending CTIM CPD
programme. Admittance may be denied upon failure to present photo identification. |
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE | Certificate of attendance will be issued to participants in accordance to with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Finance. | |
Certificate of attendance will only be released to registered participants (must login before 10.00am, full attendance with full payment) within 14 working days after completion of the webinar. | Certificate of attendance will only be participant attendance released upon signing the register before 10.30am, full attendance with full payment and after completion of the event | |
CANCELLATION POLICY |
(a) Written cancellation received 5 working days from the date of the event:

REPLACEMENT | No replacement is allowed. It will be considered as a cancelled registration. Replacements for cancellation will be treated as a new registrations and full payment shall be made accordingly. | |
DATA PROCTECTION | Personal Data is gathered in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709). | |
DISCLAIMER | The Organiser reserves the right to change the speaker, date and venue OR to cancel the event if the number of participants is less than 20. A minimum of 3 days’ notice will be given. |

The conference access link will be e-mailed at least 3 working days before the Conference to the confirmed registration. The link provided is a unique access link created for the confirmed registration and should not be forwarded or shared with others. |
