The Membership Affairs Department is in-charge of processing the applications for Associate membership. Associate Members with more than five years are invited to apply as Fellow Members.

The Membership Affairs Department also evaluates the qualifications referred to by the Council before they are enforced as the criteria for admission. The rate of annual subscription and the admission fee are reviewed and may be altered by the department if deemed appropriate.

The Membership Affairs Department serves CTIM's objective of providing people and organisations dealing with or interested in taxation matters, with institutional support which safeguards their interests and enhance their understanding as well as technical competency.
